Return & Exchange Policy

We at applies the 100% attention on each order to maintain the quality of product and services, after receipt of order we verify the size as per given size chart on our website and ask if there is any change(s) required so the client will receive the good which is as per required size.

We make a commitment for providing smooth and trouble free returns & exchange process at That is why a 30 Days return and exchange policy is given by us to our valued clients.

If you are not pleased with the item you purchased, it can be returned within 30 days after receiving it, we consider all the clients as our valued customer and that is why your satisfaction is our priority.

Mostly the products returned are due to wrong size ordering, it is due to their domestic size chart so the most online shoppers get confused and make such mistake.

There are no such complaints about the quality and finishing of the product, because a high amount of effort is made to make the product in the best way it could be made. Furthermore the size problem is also being minimized; it is usually because of the size differences throughout the globe. The medium size in USA is different as compared to UK or any other part of the world is totally different, since we sell globally we can not control region specific size chart. So we request to our buyers to check out their measurements with our size chart because we have our own different size chart, not only this will save our time but your time as well. You can also mail us through contact us form with order reference number or mention the size while filling order form in the “Special Instructions / Comments:” box.

If you are not sure about size, you can also send us your measurements so we will make your order as per your given size details.


Please observe the following before returning your bought items to us.


1. Please Email us through our contact form including required information such as your order number etc. including defective merchandize you have received or if you want to change the size you have received, and request for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
2. Your email will be replied with returns instructions.
3. We will either refund or exchange as it is demanded by the customer, after the merchandize has been received and examined.
4. Return Shipment charges shall be on customer(s) account.
5. If the customer is not agreed to exchange and required refund, the 40% - 50% amount shall be deducted from the ordered value.
6. 10 to 15 days shall be required to refund the balance refund value.


It is to be made sure that the item which is being returned must be in original condition/packing and must have all the tags and labels attached to them. would not be responsible for the loss of any missing item that was to be returned. Please make sure to return that item with insured courier services to avoid the item to be loss.

The return shipping charges would have to be paid by the customers unless they got something SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED.

When the item is to be returned because of its size, then the buyer would have to pay the shipping charges as well as agreed amount shall be deducted that would be according to the part of the world they live in which is usually the cost paid for shipping for the first time. If shipping was free, it would not be the second time due to return and the shipping charges could vary from 35$ to 58$ because of the size/weight of the product which would have to be paid by the buyer.


The method of repayment would be the same as the method of payment used to pay for the item.
For the refunds we have following options:

  • Money to be given back (same method used to pay, whether paypal or Debit/Credit Card Payment)
  • Discount (Up To 50%) on next 2 orders.

Note: Custom (Made to measure) items, Discounted items and Items on SALE are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable


Please note that the Discounted items, Made to measure items and sale items are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

However if the buyer pays for both way shipping charges, the custom (Made to measure items) can be altered without any charges by us. This does not apply for Discounted/Promotional items or items on grand sale.

In a promotional period, the cost of shipping may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent out.

Cost of shipping would NOT be refunded in case of mind change or wrong size selection, and shipping cost would have to be paid which is between 35$ to 54$ according to the location of the buyer in the world even if the shipping is free for the item.
